🚨Unpopular opinion: Claude isn't making you better at your job. You're just outsourcing your thinking and calling it productivity. I catch myself doing it too. Jumping straight to Claude before I've even thought through what I want to say. And the output is... fine. It's always fine. That's the trap. "Fine" doesn't land with clients. "Fine" doesn't build trust. "Fine" is forgettable. AI amplifies what you bring to it. If you bring nothing, you get polished nothing. Think first. Then bring it to the tool. Not the other way around.

2025 forced a lot of us to grow up as marketers. Less chasing hacks. Less “just test more.” More responsibility for the work we put into the world. This year, almost everything I posted came back to a few core beliefs: • Creative became the biggest growth lever • Platforms stopped rewarding lazy iteration • AI changed HOW we work, not WHY • Strong POVs outperformed volume • Strategy finally mattered again I didn’t talk about trends for the sake of it. I talked about what actually moves brands forward, because that’s what founders and teams are dealing with every day. If there’s one takeaway from 2025, it’s this: Better thinking creates better results. Taking that energy straight into 2026. Less noise.
